Quick Pay is available for Pro tier and above. When enabled, carrier payouts are processed in 1-2 business days instead of the standard 2-3 days. The fee is 1.5% of the payout amount, deducted automatically.
Expedite fees apply when shippers book loads with short lead times. Priority bookings (1-2 days out) add 2% and same-day bookings add 4.25%. These fees are separate from the 3.75% brokerage fee and are disclosed at quote time.
Yes. Carriers can designate a factoring company as their payment method. FreightAI will remit payment directly to your factoring company after deducting the 3.75% brokerage fee.
